Yes, Anything the manufacturer offers, we help quote for you with custom finishes, fabrics and sizes if available.
We can handle all of the sample requests and follow up for all custom items with the same great service and attention to detail that we offer on non-custom items.
We typically get back to you with approval or questions within 24 hours of receiving your application. Once you are approved, you have immediate access to all manufacturers we represent and can begin submitting quote requests.
Firstly, a better pricing structure. Due to our high volume of orders we get the lowest negotiated pricing and are able to pass that along to you.
Lastly, we handle everything for you. We get you the quotes and shipping cost, place the orders, do all of the follow-up, track your orders and notify you of any changes in order status. You get to focus on designing while we handle all of the paperwork and logistics.
Each order is quoted directly from the manufacturer and put into your dashboard with the item pricing. We then keep track of both stock and custom item production and update your dashboard accordingly so you always know the current status.
We handle all of the damage claims for you directly with the manufacturer. Your receiver must inspect the item per the manufacturer's terms. From there you fill out our claim form and we handle the rest for you to get your repair or replacement.
Yes, if you only want to use VDRC for your quotes and ordering you may still use your current system to make a proposal or invoice your customers. We do have a built-in system that lets you make a customer proposal in your dashboard for each project with your custom markup, room notes, images, etc.
